My Special Yoga (SEND and/or SEMH Yoga) sessions are specifically designed to support children and individuals of all ages navigating Autism, ADHD, PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance), OCD, Anxiety Disorders, Dyspraxia, Epilepsy & SPD.

These practices are crafted with neurodiversity at their heart, providing a safe, inclusive space where every individual is met exactly where they are.
Whether working on a one-to-one basis, with a small group / family, or in schools, these sessions are tailored to honour the unique sensory and emotional profiles of every student.

The beauty of Special Yoga is that its benefits extend to all children (and adults), regardless of whether they have a formal diagnosis.

By integrating specialised movement, breathwork, massage, sound and mindfulness, these practices serve as powerful tools for promoting emotional regulation, increased concentration, and long-term resilience.

My goal is to empower students to better understand their own bodies and minds, helping them find a sense of calm and confidence that carries over into their daily lives at home and school.

I use many techniques on myself as I am a late diagnosed ADHDer!
